When compared to simple bleaching, this process may need only one visit to the doctor but is more expensive.

Other procedures include over the counter products like whitening toothpaste, gel whitening systems, and whitening strips. Before purchasing any of these teeth whiteners, you must first consult your dentists to be sure if it is safe and if it is recommendable.
